Overview
An electronic lab notebook (ELN) is a digital tool that allows you to store and organise all of your lab work in one place. It’s like a traditional paper lab notebook, but with many added benefits, including the ability to easily search, share, and collaborate with others. By using an ELN, you can increase the efficiency, accuracy, and reproducibility of your lab work.

The CRC 1261 recommends using electronic lab notebooks to all its researchers, as they provide a convenient and organised way to manage and document your research progress.
