Databases and Programs

At our CRC, we strive to make recorded data as accessible as possible to the scientific community by following the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable). However, since we often collect data from humans, we also consider the rights and wishes of the individuals involved. All data available has been approved by the recorded individuals (including a positivly passed ethics process) and made impersonal by us. We also aim to provide as much meta data as possible and offer data import functions for standard analysis tools (such as Matlab and Python). A list of related publications can also be found.
