Interdisciplinary Cooperation at the IRTG Summer School

How do you strengthen cooperation in an interdisciplinary team? By withdrawing from everyday research from time to time and exchanging ideas together in peace and quiet - as at the annual interdisciplinary summer school of the SFB. The doctoral and master's students went to Eckernförde from 24 to 25 July to talk about research and teamwork.

Lectures on the topics of magnetism, modelling of sensor properties and medical diagnostics provided for technical discussions. In the team building part, regardless of subject and research, the focus was on cooperation. And in a workshop, the outreach project challenged the IRTG team to think creatively about science communication and to design their own outreach products for the CRC. A big thank you to all participants for the successful event!
